Coach

I started 101.38 with one simple purpose: to help people shine through sport. 


This isn't just about training plans or finish lines - it's about creating space for people to believe in themselves, build confidence, and discover what they are capable of. 


My own journey into triathlon was fuelled by purpose and personal inspiration, and that's what I want to pass on.  As an athlete and 1-1 coach in training through the British Triathlon Education Pathway, I'm committed to meeting people wherever they are on their journey - whether they're taking their first steps into sport or chasing big goals.  


For me it's about progress over perfection, support over pressure, and making every sunrise count.

From April 2026, I’ll be opening limited coaching spaces across three tiers — Rise, Train and Shine — designed around the values that guide everything I do: Resilience, Balance, Belonging.

Rise - The Foundation Package

  • For athletes building consistency, confidence and routine
  • Personal athlete profile & goal-setting
  • Monthly training plan (updated every 4 weeks)
  • Weekly check-in via WhatsApp (text based for clarity and consistency)
  • Access to the “101.38 Approach” (resilience, balance, belonging)
  • TrainingPeaks basic delivery
  • Suitable for beginners or return-to-training athletes
  • Best for:  First triathlon, first multi-sport event, building back fitness or “I just want structure and some varied training”

Train - The Progress Package

Shine - The Performance Package

Rise - The Foundation Package

  • For athletes who want more structure, accountability and development.
  • Includes everything in Rise, plus:
  • Fortnightly plan updates (every 2 weeks)
  • Deeper training analysis (HR, pace, power trends)
  • Technique focus blocks built into each phase (swim / bike / run)
  • Monthly video check-in (10–15 mins)
  • More personalised pacing and intensity guidance
  • Best for:  First 70.3 or long course event, improving race times, returning athletes, building performance habits.

  • For athletes preparing for 70.3, 140.6 or long-course racing who want full support.
  • Includes everything in Train, plus:
  • Weekly plan adjustments (dynamic programming)
  • Full training analysis with insights (swim/bike/run)
  • Race-specific build strategy and nutrition guidance
  • Priority WhatsApp support
  • Strength & conditioning integration based on coach recommendations
  • Full season planning + peak phase performance support
  • Best for:  Long-course athletes, 70.3, Ironman build, or those wanting higher accountability.
